Meet Randy
Owner
Hey there! I’m Randy, born and raised in the small town of Mantua. I had a blast growing up, especially during my time at Crestwood High, where I spent most of my energy playing sports—football was my true love! Life has taken me all over, from Kent to Parma, but recently, I decided to come full circle and settle back in Mantua, right next to my family. I bought some land, and my wife and I (along with our two very spoiled French bulldogs) plan to grow old here. We also have an amazing 20-year-old daughter who has been our biggest blessing.
When I’m not working on drywall, you can probably find me on the race track. Yep, for the past seven years, I’ve been road racing motorcycles! I love the adrenaline rush and the family-like atmosphere in the paddocks. Funny enough, there’s a lot in common between racing motorcycles and running a drywall business—both demand focus, dedication, and a love for the craft. Whether it’s perfecting a tricky texture match or racing to meet a deadline, I thrive when the pressure’s on.
Drywall has been my passion for nearly 25 years. I launched Drywall Doctor almost a decade ago, and since then, my team and I have stayed busy thanks to word-of-mouth recommendations. I’m incredibly proud of that—it shows that we don’t just get the job done, we get it done right. I’m lucky to have a solid team of three guys who share my commitment to making our clients happy. Whether it’s sanding on a holiday or pulling a late-night shift to meet a deadline, we go the extra mile to keep things on track.
